I am Shantel Morris, the founder of Morris Mission. 

I experienced the homeless application process with the UK Council after being evicted under a Section 1 (no fault eviction). 

Through Morris Mission, I run workshops for clients who are homeless or are soon to be homeless, to understand the process and get the support they need. 

I also provide training for local authorities and housing associations, helping them to fulfil their duty of care and reduce legal complaints plus Ombudsman complaints.
