When a family is told as a tenant that they are being evicted and do not understand the severity of what is about to happen or how it will affect them especially as a single parent.
Some families do not have anywhere to go either because they do not have friends or family or their friends and family do not have space.

Workshop for clients (soon to be homeless or homeless) – helping them to understand the housing process and get the support they need.
This involves:
- My story (lived experience) of being homeless as a single parent with my eight-year-old son etc. My son who is being tested for ADHD/ASD and myself with Bipolar

- The process of being evicted/moving to temporary accommodation with tips
- What support is out there

Training
Training for councils/housing associations (Housing department) – helping them to fulfil their duty of care and reduce legal complaints plus Ombudsman complaints (saving money).
This involves:
- My story (lived experience)
- My nonprofit organisation and what it offers
- Tips on how to interact with soon to be homeless or homeless vulnerable families
- Support/advice you can give clients
